Tim Westwood, a 68-year-old former DJ, has been charged with two more alleged offences from 1991 and 2004.

The Crown Prosecution Service, the office that decides on criminal charges, approved them. He will face them at Westminster magistrates' court. A date has not been set.

The two claims are from different times and places. He is accused of indecently assaulting a girl aged 16 or 17 in Hammersmith and Fulham in 1991, and of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old woman in Wandsworth in May 2004, according to The Guardian. They are non-recent reports, meaning they were made years later, and involve two more women.

CPS London approved the charges. Deputy chief crown prosecutor Catherine P Baccas confirmed one count of indecent assault and one count of sexual assault. Like items on a list, each count is one claim the court must handle. Prosecutors list Westwood as of Westminster.

These add to an earlier case. Westwood had already been charged with nine counts of indecent assault, two counts of sexual assault and four counts of rape over reported offences from 1983 to 2016 involving seven women. Those charges were announced in October 2025, according to CPS. He is described as a former BBC Radio 1 DJ and former Capital Xtra DJ, according to BBC News. That job history is background, not part of the charges.

In December 2025, Westwood pleaded not guilty to 15 sexual offences, including four rapes, according to Reuters. Not guilty means he denies them before trial. The two new charges came later and need their own first court date at Westminster magistrates' court. No date is fixed. The court will deal with them before setting next steps.

In my view, the next part is about court planning, not deciding guilt. The time span was already 1983 to 2016, so 1991 and 2004 fit inside it. The new part is more claims and more women to schedule. The details will be tested only later in court.
