The SpaceX alumni angle is worth parsing. Mesh's founding team carries hands-on experience building satellite optical inter-link systems — the laser-based free-space optical (FSO) communication links that Starlink's Gen-2 satellites use to relay traffic between nodes without touching ground infrastructure.
