The Dutch government approved a new law on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, that bans trade with Israeli settlements built on land the international community considers illegally occupied. The ban covers buying, selling, and importing goods that come from these settlements in the Palestinian Territories and the occupied Golan Heights. It goes into effect on 22 September 2026.
