Megan Thee Stallion Teases 'Act: III' Album With Tina Snow Tattoo Reveal on Instagram

Megan Thee Stallion teased her upcoming album Act: III in an Instagram post on Monday, 10 August 2026, signing off with two words on the final slide: "I'm Back." The post featured photos with "Act: III" inked in white on her upper back, accompanied by a snowflake emoji in the caption — a signal fans read as the return of her Tina Snow alter-ego, the character she introduced on her 2018 mixtape Tina Snow.
Roc Nation reshared the tease in its Instagram Stories, adding label-level visibility to the announcement. Megan Thee Stallion is signed to Roc Nation for management.
The rapper had been circling this moment for a while. As far back as December 2024, she wrote on X: "Real Hot Girl S–t ACT 3 2025 … be ready hotties" — a timeline that has since shifted. In late June 2026, an iHeartRadio report confirmed she was finalising the album, then referred to as Megan: Act III, for a 2026 release. Monday's post brings the campaign into public view without a firm release date attached.
Her most recent full-length before Act: III was Megan, released in June 2024. It debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 — the chart that ranks the most-consumed albums in the US — with 64,000 album-equivalent units, the measure that converts streams and track sales into album-sale equivalents. She followed it in October 2024 with Act: II, a deluxe edition of the same project.
Earlier in August 2026, Megan Thee Stallion received her first Diamond plaque, the RIAA certification awarded when a single or album reaches 10 million units in the US, for her 2020 collaboration with Cardi B, "WAP." The certification arrived in the same week window as the Act: III tease, though the two posts were separate.
So far in 2026, she has not released a solo single. She has appeared as a guest, though — featuring on Bossman Dlow's "Motion Party" remix and on Juvenile's "B.B.B.," which charted on the Billboard Hot 100, the weekly ranking of the most-consumed songs in the US. Billboard reported both credits. Trace William Cowen covered the Act: III teaser for Complex, and Billboard published its own report on 10 August.
For fans, the snowflake emoji does a lot of work. Tina Snow — the alter-ego, named after the late Pimp C's alias Tony Snow — is the persona Megan adopted on her breakout mixtape and carried into early singles like "Big Ole Freak." Whether Act: III is a full Tina Snow project or a continuation of the Megan album cycle remains unspecified. No tracklist, release date, or lead single has been announced.
