The more consequential figure is the US$54 billion AI server pipeline. A 157% sequential expansion in a single quarter signals that demand for AI computing power from large enterprises and hyperscalers — the massive cloud operators like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure — is still ramping up rather than leveling off. Pipeline figures are not booked revenue; conversion into actual sales will depend on supply chain execution, GPU allocation, and competition among server manufacturers (OEMs). The 176% net income growth deserves scrutiny on margin quality. Net income tripling on 43% revenue growth implies operating leverage — where higher-margin AI infrastructure and services pull profits up faster than revenue — rather than simply selling more of the same lower-margin products.
