Lucky Daye and Yung Miami to Headline Billboard's R&B Hip-Hop Live 2026 at Brooklyn Steel
Billboard has announced Lucky Daye and Yung Miami as the headliners for its R&B Hip-Hop Live 2026 concert, set for September 10 at Brooklyn Steel in New York. The show serves as the centrepiece of the company's broader R&B Hip-Hop Week and is sponsored by Rotation, Amazon Music's R&B and hip-hop division. Billboard
The lineup extends beyond the two headliners. Samara Cyn, Skippa and Destin Conrad are also on the bill, giving the night a mix of established names and artists on the rise. Doors open at 8 p.m. ET, and tickets were slated to go on sale Thursday at noon ET.
Lucky Daye returned in June with 'Nowhere Fast', his first single of the year. He has been a steady presence in R&B, with a collaboration alongside Victoria Monét on the song 'Smoke' dating back to 2023 and a major album release in the summer of 2024. Billboard
Yung Miami, meanwhile, has had a strong 2026. Her single 'Spend Dat', produced by J. White Did It and released on April 24, reached the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 — the flagship singles chart that ranks the most popular songs in the US across all genres — peaking at No. 17. Back in February, she visited Billboard's office on her birthday to preview unreleased tracks from an upcoming album, posting clips across Instagram and Facebook. Billboard
The supporting acts each arrive with fresh material. Samara Cyn showcased her rapping on the 'Detour' EP. Skippa continued building momentum with his '#Skippaholic' project. Destin Conrad's album 'ROADRUNNER' was set to arrive on August 21, putting his Brooklyn Steel set just weeks after the record's release.
Billboard revealed the headliners on August 11, rounding out a week of programming that the company uses to spotlight R&B and hip-hop across its editorial and live platforms.
