Fleming Turns to Hussey as England Test Era Begins — While Chennai Circle Back
Stephen Fleming has started work as England's men's Test head coach, and he has already approached his long-time ally Mike Hussey about joining the setup as batting coach (The Guardian, 15 Aug 2026).

If Hussey were to take the Chennai job, it would complicate any move to England — and reunite the franchise with a familiar face.
