Del Titus Bawuah Joins ArtsHouse Media Group as Billboard U.K. Strategy Lead for Hip-Hop and R&B

Del Titus Bawuah has joined ArtsHouse Media Group (AMG) as a key strategist for Billboard U.K., focusing on coverage and partnerships across hip-hop, R&B and adjacent genres. AMG founder and president Mo Ghoneim announced the appointment on 17 August 2026, praising Bawuah's perspective at the intersection of music, culture and technology and his relationships across the U.K. and global music industry (Billboard).
Billboard U.K. launched in 2024 to cover what Billboard describes as the world's third-largest recorded-music market. AMG, its publisher, also runs Billboard Canada, Rolling Stone Canada, SPIN Canada and Rolling Stone Quebec, and will launch TIME Canada in the coming autumn — the first time the current-affairs title has been published in that region (Billboard).
Bawuah is a British-Ghanaian executive whose career has moved through technology, finance, music and media. He founded Web3 Africa Group, where he is also chairman and CEO (LinkedIn, October 2025), and he is the CEO and founder of Lili Smart City, a venture focused on tech and sustainability (Forbes Africa, April 2022). His earlier background was in real estate and fundraising for early-stage ventures.
In Ghana, Bawuah played a role in the Year of Return, a government initiative launched in 2019 to strengthen ties between Ghana and its diaspora in the U.K. and U.S. He also supported Global Citizen's launch in Ghana, developing collaborations around web3 and emerging technology to address poverty (Billboard).
His recent work for Billboard U.K. has been hands-on. Bawuah secured exclusive access and produced editorial packages at Summer Walker's Still Finally Over It tour and Lauryn Hill's Diaspora Calling! festival (Billboard).
In a statement, Bawuah called the move a natural next step after years of building with AMG and said he was excited to help shape the publication's urban music strategy (Billboard). He is also listed as a participant at the Ghana-UK Investment Summit 2026, hosted by the Ghana High Commission (LinkedIn, May 2026).
For readers who follow Billboard's charts and coverage, the appointment points to continued investment in U.K.-specific editorial. Billboard U.K. is two years old, and AMG's portfolio is expanding across the Atlantic — adding a strategy lead with deep diaspora connections suggests the title's coverage of hip-hop, R&B and the genres that cross into them is set to widen further.
