Stokes Stars With Bat and Ball as Durham Crush Derbyshire by Record Margin

Durham hammered Derbyshire by 338 runs in their County Championship Division Two match at Derby, a result that ranks as Derbyshire's heaviest-ever defeat by runs. The home side folded for 84 in their second innings on day three, collapsing to a Ben Stokes spell that brought five wickets for 17 runs. Durham took 20 points to Derbyshire's three BBC Sport.

Stokes, who earlier in the summer announced his retirement from international cricket, was central to everything.
