Pitchfork Music Festival CDMX 2026 Reveals Full Lineup: Perfume Genius, American Football, Lido Pimienta and More
Pitchfork has announced the full lineup for its 2026 Mexico City festival, with 17 artists set to perform across three venues from September 19 to 27. The bill spans indie rock, electronic music, experimental folk and Latin alternative acts, with tickets available through the platform Fever (Pitchfork).
The complete roster includes Alameda, American Football, Baby Milosz, CFCF, Emma D'Luna, EQ, Freddy Moreno, Guapis, Immasoul, Leevay, Lido Pimienta, Meat Computer, Perfume Genius, Safety Trance, Tygapaw, umru, Wendy Eisenberg and Yaspg. The festival newly added umru and Tygapaw to the bill as part of the full announcement.
Shows will take place across three venues in Mexico City: Orbe, Foro Indie Rocks! and Casa del Lago. The nine-day run wraps on Sunday, September 27, with a closing performance by Wendy Eisenberg, a guitarist and singer-songwriter whose work Pitchfork has highlighted across multiple features this year, including its "Best Music of 2026 So Far" list (Pitchfork).
A notable addition to the programme is an afterparty at Orbe tied to Robyn's Sexistential tour, with performances from Guapis, umru and Meat Computer. The afterparty links the festival to one of the year's more closely watched electronic-pop tours, extending the event beyond its core venue programming.
The Mexico City edition is one of three Pitchbook festivals running in 2026, alongside events in Paris and London. Pitchfork Music Festival Paris announced its first wave of artists in June, with headliners including Iceage and Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul (Pitchfork). Pitchfork Music Festival London followed with its own lineup, headlined by The Avalanches, Los Thuthanaka, Tortoise, Aja Monet, Olof Dreijer, Hania Rani and Radio Dept. (Pitchfork).
For fans, the CDMX lineup offers a cross-section of Pitchfork's editorial sensibility, where an emo-influenced band like American Football shares the bill with electronic producers like CFCF and Safety Trance, and with Latin American artists including the Colombian-Canadian Lido Pimienta. The festival's venue choices — a mix of clubs and cultural spaces rather than a single outdoor site — reflect that range, letting each act play a room suited to its scale.
