CORE Talent Agency Launches in Australia, Led by Venuto and Montgomery

A new Australian booking agency called CORE Talent Agency has launched, emerging from Lonely Lands Agency (LLA) — the agency that musician Tash Sultana established with Jaddan Comerford and Regan Lethbridge in 2019. Billboard confirmed the launch on 27 August 2026.
CORE Talent Agency operates within the broader ecosystem of UNIFIED Music Group, the independently owned music company founded by Comerford that provides artist management and recorded music services. Lethbridge is the co-founder of Lemon Tree Music. Together, the two built LLA with Sultana before reconstituting it under the CORE name.
The agency is led by co-general managers Desiree Venuto and Adam Montgomery. Venuto joined Lonely Lands Agency in 2019 and has been recognised in The Music Network's 30 Under 30 and Pollstar's Impact International Next Gen Honorees lists. Montgomery previously ran the boutique booking agency Four Tone Artists, where his roster included Bec Sandridge, Didirri and Mia Dyson. Venuto formally announced her appointment in a LinkedIn post on 26 August, saying she was honoured to step into the role alongside Montgomery. LinkedIn
CORE's roster spans a mix of established independent Australian artists and emerging talent from Australia and New Zealand. Names on the books include Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, The Terrys, Budjerah, Day We Ran, Emma Donovan, South Summit, Slowly Slowly and DEVAURA, among others. A dedicated launch team comprising LaBelle Jackson, Victoria Kozbanis and Jo Syme supports the roster.
Because CORE sits inside the UNIFIED Music Group structure, its artists gain access to the parent company's infrastructure, experience and industry connections — resources that a standalone boutique agency of comparable size would typically have to build from scratch.
UNIFIED Music Group describes itself as an independently owned music company offering services across artist management and recorded music, among other areas. UNIFIED Music Group CORE Talent Agency's website is live at cta.live.
For Australian and New Zealand artists on independent trajectories, a new agency with deep-rooted management infrastructure behind it adds another option in a market where booking representation can be the difference between regional touring and national reach. The roster already covers a wide stylistic range, from Budjerah's soul to Slowly Slowly's rock to DEVAURA's alternative sound — a signal that CORE is not narrowing its focus to a single genre or scene.
