Bruno Mars Adds 27 Stadium Shows Across Asia, Australia and New Zealand for 2027
Bruno Mars has added 27 new stadium shows to The Romantic Tour, stretching the outing into Asia, Australia and New Zealand through the first half of 2027, with a fifth Mexico City date also slotted in for December this year. The Australia and New Zealand leg opens February 13, 2027 at Optus Stadium in Perth, before multiple nights in Melbourne (Marvel Stadium, February 19–20), Brisbane (Suncorp Stadium, February 28), Sydney (Accor Stadium, March 4–5) and Auckland (Eden Park, March 13). From there the tour returns to Asia. Four nights at Singapore's National Stadium begin April 13, with pre-sales starting September 11, according to The Straits Times. (The Straits Times) The run then moves through Bangkok's Rajamangala Stadium (April 24–25), Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan (May 1–2), Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong (May 7, 8, 11, 12), Philippine Arena in Manila (May 15–16) and Goyang Stadium in South Korea (May 21, 22, 25, 26). Two guest acts will join the newly added dates. Tyla, the South African singer behind the global hit "Water," opens all Australia and New Zealand shows. Anderson .Paak, Mars' Silk Sonic collaborator, will perform as his DJ Pee .Wee persona across all the new Asia, Australia and New Zealand dates, per Billboard.
The Mexico City addition lands on December 11 this year at Estadio GNP Seguros, a fifth night in a city already on the route. That brings the total Romantic Tour footprint to more than 115 stadium shows across North America, Europe, the UK, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico — a scale that includes six nights at London's Wembley Stadium and five each at Rogers Stadium in Toronto, SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and BC Place in Vancouver. The tour supports Mars' fourth studio album, The Romantic, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in March — his first album to open at the top of the all-genres U.S. chart and his fifth top 10 appearance. His previous Billboard 200 leader was Unorthodox Jukebox, which reached No. 1 in March 2013. In Australia, The Romantic opened at No. 2 on the ARIA Chart, extending an unbroken streak of top 5 albums there.
The Romantic Tour is Mars' first global headline tour in nearly a decade and his first stadium-scale outing worldwide. For fans across the Asia-Pacific region, the wait is now measured in months rather than years.
