Roborock used IFA 2026 in Berlin to unveil a broad lineup of robotic cleaning products that now spans robot vacuums, upright hard-floor cleaners, a robotic lawnmower, and a robotic pool cleaner. The company, which IFA Berlin's official press-conference material described as the world's No. 1 robot vacuum brand in 2025, did not disclose pricing for any of the announced products ahead of the event, which runs September 4–8, 2026 (Engadget).

The standout on the robot-vacuum side is the Saros Rover, which first appeared at CES 2026. Its extendable wheels let it climb over small obstacles and navigate stairs, tackling one of the category's oldest limitations: the inability to move between floors. Roborock also announced the Saros 20 Flow Complete and Saros 20 Neo, both of which combine vacuuming and mopping and can cross double-layer floor thresholds — the raised strips where two flooring types meet. The Saros 20 Flow Complete is expected to launch in October. The Saros 20 Neo will reach the US market under the name Qrevo Edge 3 Pro (Engadget).

On the upright side, Roborock introduced two hard-floor cleaners. The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 heats its tank when cleaning begins and delivers steam at a stable 180°C (approximately 365°F) within 30 seconds. It also adjusts to different floor types without user input. The F25 Pro Turbo Combo takes a modular approach, shipping with a detachable drive module and multiple brush heads for different surfaces (Engadget).

Roborock also extended its reach outdoors. The RockNeo Q2 LiDAR lawnmower — LiDAR being the laser-based sensing technology that lets the device map a yard without physical boundary wires — carries an IPX6 water-resistance rating, handles slopes up to 45 percent incline, navigates passages as narrow as 60 cm, and integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. The RockAqua P1 robotic pool cleaner offers a 3.5-hour effective run time, with a smart motor that adapts power output to pool conditions and debris levels. Its suction is rated at 6,800 GPH (25,700 LPH). The P1 comes in an 8-inch shallow-platform version for the US and Canada, and a 15 cm (5.9-inch) variant listed on Roborock's global IFA page (Engadget; global.roborock.com).

A first-party IFA 2026 landing page, titled "IFA 2026 | Rocking Life With You," is live across Roborock's US, global, Canadian, and Australian domains, with regional variations in highlighted features. The US store front teases 100°C hot-water mop washing, dock self-cleaning, and fresh-air dust-bag drying. The Australian page emphasizes a pressurized self-cleaning system driven by a 36,000 Pa HyperForce Digital Motor (us.roborock.com; au.roborock.com).

Taken together, the IFA 2026 announcement continues a clear expansion of Roborock's product surface area. At IFA 2025, the company launched its RockMow and RockNeo lawnmower series for the first time under the theme "Rocking Life, Inside and Out." A year later, the portfolio spans indoor floor care, lawn maintenance, and pool cleaning, positioning Roborock as a multi-surface home-automation vendor rather than a pure robot-vacuum brand (newsroom.roborock.com).

The broader context here is that the indoor robot-vacuum market has been commoditizing rapidly. Features that once distinguished premium models — LiDAR navigation, self-emptying docks, mop-washing systems — are now standard at mid-range price points. By extending into outdoor categories like lawn care and pool cleaning, Roborock is moving into adjacent markets that have lower device density, less mature autonomy, and higher unit prices. The RockNeo Q2's slope and passage specifications suggest it is aimed at real suburban yards rather than the flat, featureless lawns that early robotic mowers could handle. The RockAqua P1's adaptive motor and 3.5-hour runtime similarly target a category where runtime and debris handling have been persistent pain points.

The question that pricing will answer is whether Roborock can carry the brand equity it has built in robot vacuums into categories where established specialists already operate. Without price tags, the product specs alone read as competitive, but the willingness of consumers to consolidate their home and yard robotics under a single brand is the variable to watch. October's launch of the Saros 20 Flow Complete should provide the first concrete data point.
