Prime Video Adds Five to Cast of Romance Drama Rose Hill

Prime Video has added five actors to Rose Hill, its upcoming romance drama adapted from Elsie Silver's books.
Three join as series regulars, meaning they sit in the main cast for the season. Siobhan McGroarty will play Cora, Sophia Reid-Gantzert will play Emmy Belmont and West Mulholland will play Oliver Belmont, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Two others join in recurring guest roles, meaning they appear across multiple episodes without joining the main titles. Gigi Zumbado will play Tabitha and Curtis Hamilton will play Bash Rousseau.
The series is based on four novels in Silver's Rose Hill run: Wild Love, Wild Eyes, Wild Side and Wild Card. The casting fills in the world around the four leads already announced. Jake Weary stars as rancher West Belmont, Sean O'Pry plays record label owner Ford Grant, Hannah Galway plays Rose Belmont, West's sister and Ford's love interest, and Sadie Dickerson plays country-pop star Skylar Stone.
Behind the camera, Heidi Cole McAdams serves as writer, showrunner and executive producer. Showrunner is the title for the person who leads the writers and runs the show day to day. Marc Webb will direct the pilot, the first episode made, plus the second episode and executive produce. Author Elsie Silver executive produces alongside Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen and James Seidman.
For viewers, this means the Belmont family is taking shape. With Emmy and Oliver now cast alongside West and Rose, much of the on-screen family at the centre of the books is in place before cameras roll.
