Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi takes daughters Sienna and Athena for family break in Wales
Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has taken his two young daughters on a family break in North Wales.
The husband of Princess Beatrice appears with Sienna and Athena in video footage shared by Wern Holiday Cottages, as reported by HELLO!. The clip shows father and daughters out together on holiday. It is a relaxed, behind-the-scenes glimpse of the girls.
The setting was personal. Wern Holiday Cottages sits between Porthmadog and Criccieth in North Wales. The business is owned by Mapelli Mozzi's mother Nikki Williams-Ellis, his stepfather David Williams-Ellis and David's son Jack. In other words, the family were staying with family.
Sienna Elizabeth, the elder of the couple's two daughters together, was born in September 2021. That makes her five this month. Her little sister Athena Elizabeth Rose was born in January 2025. She is now one.
Mapelli Mozzi and Princess Beatrice married in 2020. Sienna and Athena are their children together. Mapelli Mozzi is also father to Christopher Woolf, known as Wolfie, whom he shares with former partner Dara Huang. Wolfie does not feature in the Wales footage, which focuses on his two younger children.
Wales is clearly a favourite spot. In a post dated 14 July 2025, Mapelli Mozzi shared photographs on Instagram captioned "Stunning North Wales. Beautiful memories." He tagged @wernholidaycottages in the post. The message was short. The affection was clear.
What makes this stand out is the family link. Many parents spend hours hunting for a child-friendly cottage for a long weekend. Here the answer was simple. A family-run collection of cottages, a stretch of Wales, and two small children along for the ride.
