Falling in Reverse has debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Hard Rock Songs chart with "Joseph", featuring Corey Taylor and Serj Tankian. The song leads the chart dated 26 September, giving the band its seventh leader on the listing, according to Billboard.

Taylor is a member of Slipknot and Tankian is a member of System of a Down, as noted by Loudwire. The collaboration is Falling in Reverse's first new song in over a year, following its release on 14 September, according to mxdwn.

That release date left only a partial tracking week. In the week ending 17 September, "Joseph" totalled 2.2 million U.S. streams, 49,000 in radio audience impressions and 3,000 sold, according to Luminate, via Billboard. Short week. Clear lead.

With seven No. 1s, Falling in Reverse has tied Bring Me the Horizon for the most No. 1s in the chart's history. Falling in Reverse topped the first-ever Hot Hard Rock Songs chart in June 2020 with "Popular Monster". Its previous leader was "All My Life" with Jelly Roll, which spent 11 weeks at No. 1 in 2024. Bring Me the Horizon last led in July with "Dehumanized".

What makes this stand out is how the result spreads across three careers. For Taylor, "Joseph" is his second solo No. 1 on Hot Hard Rock Songs, after his appearance on Motionless in White's "Playing God" in May. His band Slipknot previously led the chart in 2021 with "The Chapeltown Rag". For Tankian, it is his first solo No. 1, while System of a Down led in 2020 with "Protect the Land".

Taylor now holds the top two places at once. "Joseph" is No. 1 and Slipknot's "Arsenal" is No. 2. "Arsenal", released on 9 September, rose to second place in its second chart week with 998,000 streams, 122,000 in airplay audience and 1,000 sold.

Billboard lists "Joseph" as a standalone single for now. It also appears on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, the broader chart covering rock and alternative formats. The band's album Popular Monster debuted at No. 1 on Top Hard Rock Albums in 2024 and has earned 1.3 million equivalent album units to date, the measure that converts streams and sales into album sales.

The debut came from limited days on sale. Data from the first full tracking week, 18 to 24 September, will feed into the Billboard charts dated 3 October.
