Spotify has added personalised share cards, dedicated tour setlists and a central in-app hub to Reserved, its system that holds concert tickets for its most active listeners. The three features started rolling out on 24 September, according to the company and reporting on the launch.

Reserved is aimed at eligible Premium subscribers aged 18 and older. Spotify identifies an artist's most dedicated fans based on streams, saves and shares, then holds two tickets for each selected user when that artist announces a tour, Billboard reported.

Those fans can buy two tour tickets before the general sale goes live. Selected users receive the offer by email, push notification and in their Your Updates section on Spotify.

Buying happens through Ticketmaster. Buyers tap Buy Now in Spotify, link their Spotify and Ticketmaster accounts, and complete the purchase on Ticketmaster. Two tickets are held for each user until their purchase window closes. Specific dates and seats are subject to availability.

The first new addition is shareable proof of access. Reserved now creates two personalised share cards, one when a user is selected for an offer and one after tickets are bought. Each card shows the artist name, show details and Reserved badging, and can be sent by text or posted on social media.

The second is a setlist that follows the show. Users who buy through Reserved get a dedicated tour setlist on their event page, sourced from setlist.fm. The playlist updates after every show to reflect the songs played at the particular concert that user attended.

The third is a single place to keep it together. Spotify described an enhanced in-app destination that acts as a central hub for share cards, pre- and post-show setlists, event details, venue information and past performances, Spotify said.

Reserved was first announced on 21 May at Spotify's 2026 Investor Day, with global head of music Charlie Hellman announcing the launch. Spotify tested it over the summer on several Live Nation tours across the United States.

For fans, this means less searching across apps on show day. The ticket offer, the venue details and the songs from the night sit in one event page, with something ready to forward to friends.

Reserved setlists will be available for participating tours including Miley, Role Model, beabadoobee, Jonas Brothers, John Summit, Young Thug and Metallica.
