Boyzone's farewell night at Emirates Stadium is coming to television as a full concert film.

The programme is called Boyzone: One for the Road. It is a live one-off, meaning a single standalone broadcast rather than a series, and it will air on Sky later in 2026, according to Deadline.

The film captures the band's show at Emirates Stadium in London from summer 2026. It was made by Curious Films. The job marks a step into live programming for the company, which built its name on documentaries.

That step needed scale. Curious Films boss Dov Freedman said the concert was shot with about 25 cameras and around 40 staff. Big stadium shoots work like that. Multiple angles cover the stage, the close-ups and the crowd at once.

Live programming here means capturing an event for a television audience, rather than building the story entirely in the edit months later. One night. One broadcast. The pressure is on the crew to get it right in the moment.

The concert film extends a strong run for Boyzone on Sky. The three-part series Boyzone: No Matter What became Sky's most-watched unscripted series of all time — unscripted meaning documentary and factual shows rather than drama. Curious Films then produced a fourth and fifth episode following Ronan Keating and the band as they reformed.

Sky had first talked up the One For The Road title in May. At that stage, the broadcaster described it as a behind-the-scenes documentary following the band's return to the stage for final farewell shows, according to a Sky statement. The September report details the stadium concert recording under the full title Boyzone: One for the Road.

For fans, this means two ways into the goodbye. The extra documentary episodes tell the reunion story. The concert film puts the farewell night itself on screen, with the size and noise of a stadium night cut for home viewing.

Freedman said Curious Films is looking to do more live programming. No further titles have been announced. An exact transmission date for the concert film has not been disclosed beyond later in 2026.
