Former South Park Writer Launches Website Over Cornell Assault Allegations

Former South Park writer Toby Morton has launched a public website centred on allegations that seven Cornell University students drugged and raped a fellow student in October 2024.
The site, TheCornell7.org, went live over the weekend leading up to 28 September 2026. Morton said it documents the account of the woman, identified in court papers as Jane Doe, along with her lawsuit against the university and Cornell’s response, according to Variety.
Morton wrote for South Park and for Mad TV. He also voiced the South Park character Scott Tenorman.
Jane Doe, described as a 20-year-old former female student, accuses seven members of the Chi Phi fraternity of assaulting her at a fraternity house party, according to The Independent. She alleges she was coerced into taking ketamine and then sexually assaulted over a period of hours, according to ABC45.
None of the seven men has faced criminal charges. After Cornell’s own disciplinary investigation, two of the accused students were expelled and the other five received lesser punishments.
Doe has since filed a lawsuit against Cornell, claiming the university failed to protect her and to prevent the alleged assault. The suit also claims, through her attorney, that some of the accused men were able to submit essays to the university to reduce their disciplinary penalties.
Cornell has said it is aware of a lawsuit concerning allegations of sexual assault involving student members, in a statement published on 20 September, according to Cornell University.
The case has drawn renewed public attention. Prosecutors in central New York are reopening the alleged gang-rape case, according to ABC News. Actress Florence Pugh has publicly called on men to speak out over the allegations.
Morton’s site aims to publish information identifying the seven accused men. He has linked the project to the line “There Will Be Accountability.”
