Dickies x Pull&Bear workwear collection launches Oct 1

Dickies has teamed up with Pull&Bear on a workwear-inspired collection for men and women. Dickies, the workwear label owned by brand management firm Bluestar Alliance, lends its durable fabrics and straight cuts. Pull&Bear, the Spanish lifestyle brand and retailer owned by Inditex, the Spanish owner of Zara, brings its high-street shops and website. The joint range launches on 1 October. WWD
Workwear, for new readers, means sturdy clothing first made for manual jobs and now worn for everyday life. The collection is organised into three chapters. The first covers classic pieces, the second centres on denim, and the third takes on streetwear, the casual clothing shaped by skate parks, music and city streets.
The lead item is the Worker jacket. It is a new take on a signature Dickies shape, cut loose and built to layer. It comes in three finishes: red, mustard and cow print. Yes. Cow print.
The men's offer is broad. It includes utility Bermuda shorts, the knee-length cut with large pockets, alongside striped shirts, knitwear and sweatshirts. There are graphic T-shirts with printed designs, plus shirts with raglan sleeves, where the sleeve runs in one piece to the collar. The mood is practical, with room to move.
The women's offer looks back to the 1990s and 2000s. It includes wide trousers worn low or mid on the waist, small fitted baby T-shirts, miniskirts and structured jackets that hold their shape at the shoulder. The cuts sit close, then flare out. It is a direct nod to two decades many shoppers grew up in.
Accessories cover both sides of the range. The list includes caps, beanies, belts, bags, socks and footwear, so the workwear look can run head to toe. Prices run from EUR 7.99 to EUR 79.99. WWD Shoppers can buy on the Pull&Bear website and in select stores in the U.K., Europe, Turkey and Mexico.
For fans, this means one stop for the full look. Jackets, denim, T-shirts and extras land together, in men's and women's sizes, at high-street prices. If you like sturdy cotton, bold colour and a bit of print, 1 October is your date.
