ITV and Warner Bros. Discovery strike 2,000-hour ITVX deal

ITVX is about to get a lot more to watch.
ITV and Warner Bros. Discovery International have struck a first-of-its-kind content partnership covering 2,000 hours of programmes from WBD-owned TLC and Quest. The shows will sit in branded collections on ITVX, meaning dedicated shelves inside ITV’s streaming service, according to Deadline.
TLC and Quest are Warner Bros. Discovery’s free TV channels in Britain. This deal does not move the channels themselves. It puts a large library of their programmes onto ITVX for streaming on demand.
The opening line-up is already set. Day-one titles include Mock the Week Season 1, The Bad Skin Clinic Season 1 and Dr. Pimple Popper Season 1.
There is more to come on comedy. Mock the Week Season 2 will arrive on ITVX next year after its first broadcast. Further comedy titles from the partnership will drop on the streamer through 2027.
The Quest shelf leans into motors, making and the outdoors. ITVX will add the Salvage Hunters and Shed & Buried franchises alongside Vinnie Jones in the Country and Richard Hammond’s Workshop.
For fans, this means fewer apps to juggle. A viewer who follows medical shows or restoration shows can now find full past runs in one place.
The deal follows ITV’s other sharing arrangement. ITV already has a content-swapping deal with Disney+, where each service carries selected programmes from the other.
It also follows changes at WBD’s free channels. WBD refreshed its UK free-to-air line-up earlier this year with a new-look TLC, according to Broadband TV News. Quest’s 2026 additions included Guz Khan’s Custom Cars, an eight-part series of hour-long episodes.
