BTS share behind-the-scenes video from ARIRANG Europe leg

BTS released a behind-the-scenes video from the European leg of their ARIRANG World Tour on Oct. 1, one day before the tour is scheduled to resume in Colombia.
The video, titled “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN EUROPE Sketch”, follows the seven members on and off stage during the Europe run, according to Billboard. That leg began at the end of June in Spain and concluded in mid-July in France.
The clip shows RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook in green rooms, getting dressed with their styling team and interacting with crowds from the stage. It also includes footage of Jung Kook practising the native languages of the countries visited so he could address each audience directly.
The Europe dates sit in the middle of a long organised tour schedule. The ARIRANG World Tour began in April in South Korea. After Europe, the group played a North American run in August and into the first few days of September. The tour is scheduled to resume in Colombia on Oct. 2.
The North American run delivered large live-business numbers. The tour grossed $171.7 million from 801,000 tickets sold across 12 shows in August. That monthly total was the second-biggest one-month gross in the history of Billboard Boxscore, the trade publication’s tracker of reported live revenue.
The tour supports the group’s album ARIRANG, which spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the United States albums chart. The song “SWIM” from the project reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, the US singles chart.
ARIRANG is the group’s full-band return after the members completed service in the South Korean military.
For fans, this means a closer look at the in-between moments. Rehearsals. Quick language practice. Hair, styling, waiting, walking out. The video runs through those jobs without commentary, then cuts to the noise of the rooms themselves.
