Primavera Sound names Turnstile, Doechii and Robyn for 25th anniversary in Barcelona
Turnstile, Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers and Robyn will headline Primavera Sound Barcelona next summer as the festival celebrates its 25th anniversary edition.
The festival will run from June 2 to 6, 2027, at Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona, with the main concerts scheduled for June 3 to 5, according to Billboard.
The headline list also includes Fontaines D.C., Hayley Williams, FKA Twigs and The Chemical Brothers. Further down the bill are Massive Attack, Caroline Polachek, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Adéla and Prospa, plus back-to-back DJ sets from Skrillex and Ninajirachi.
The five-day programme starts with a free opening day and ends with a closing Primavera Bits party. That electronic-focused send-off will be headlined by Richie Hawtin, Four Tet and Dixon.
The lineup was revealed on Oct. 5 in a video directed by Guillem Cruells. The announcement sets out the shape of the anniversary year well in advance, giving fans eight months to plan travel and tickets.
For fans, this means a quick turnaround on tickets. Registration for the fan sale closes on Oct. 7, with the general sale opening on Oct. 9 on Fever. The festival’s site puts the fan-sale registration deadline at 23:59 CEST on Oct. 7 and the start of that sale at 11:00 CEST on Oct. 8, according to Primavera Sound.
Barcelona residents are eligible for a 10% discount on tickets for the 2027 edition.
What makes this stand out is the mix. Guitar bands, pop headliners, rap, and club acts sit on the same poster, which has long been the festival’s booking pattern. The 25th edition keeps that approach, pairing returning names such as Massive Attack and The Chemical Brothers with first-time headliners including Turnstile and Doechii.
