Michael gets the paid focus. The first DLC, which is a downloadable add-on sold separately from the main game, arrives on 27 October and features two versions of Michael, according to reports on the announcement. Bloody Disgusting One of them is the version of Michael from "Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers", which players can purchase from 27 October 2026. These are skins, a games term for alternate looks that customise how a character appears.
The civilian roster is growing too. Two new characters, Michelle and Eugene, will be sold together as a pair. A separate costume pack adds 14 Halloween outfits for the civilian roster to wear. Dread Central
The game comes from IllFonic, an independent video game developer founded in 2007. The studio lists Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Predator: Hunting Grounds and Friday the 13th: The Game among its titles and collaborations, and lists studios in Lakewood, Colorado and Tacoma, Washington. IllFonic
For fans, this means a simple choice. Everyone gets the new map, while players with a favourite Michael look or favourite survivors can pay to expand that side of the roster.
