MVE Management hires three agents from CAA and WME to grow US roster

MVE Management, the talent firm behind Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee, has hired three agents to grow its business in the United States. Deadline reported the hires on 8 October.
Carter Broussard and Cara Best join from CAA. Ben Greenberger joins from WME. All three will recruit and represent creators and on-screen talent in the US market.
Broussard spent seven years in CAA's unscripted division. That is the department that handles reality, competition and documentary shows, made without actors performing from a script. Best worked in CAA's digital media group, which looks after online-first stars and platform deals. Greenberger spent four years in WME's unscripted department.
The hires split across both coasts. Broussard will be based in New York. Best and Greenberger will be based in Los Angeles. Together they are tasked with expanding MVE's US roster across digital media, television and sports.
MVE is backed by IMG, the global sports and entertainment business. It was formerly known as Margravine. The company opened in the US nearly four years ago, and now wants a larger share of American talent.
Its current roster includes Olympic diver Tom Daley, comedian Nigel Ng and cook Shereen Pavlides. Dean Ondrus-Coulson is the company's global senior vice-president.
What makes this stand out is the blend of experience. Two hires come from unscripted television. One comes from digital media. For viewers, that mix reflects how careers now cross over. A creator can start on YouTube or TikTok, move into a television format, and sign commercial and sports deals along the way. Agencies need staff who can work each of those rooms.
