A leaker known as Cyberleek has shared a new 25-minute video of Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay showing protagonist Jason running around Vice City naked. The Verge, which credited Kotaku for viewing the footage, reported the leak on Oct. 8, 2026.

The footage suggests players will be able to play through GTA VI with characters completely unclothed. Jason is naked through almost the whole video, including while riding a motorbike, visiting a beach-side coffee store, and talking to other characters. Lucia appears mostly naked in a clip at the end, shown from behind.

The video is not only free-roam nudity. It opens with a cutscene, a pre-made story scene, of Jason and Lucia leading into a dirt bike race for a scripted mission, a set task built by the developers. It includes first-person driving footage from Jason, a view from the driver's eyes, followed by a street race. At one point Cyberleek seemingly conjures a tank out of the air.

IGN described the same return as a 24-minute gameplay video and flagged a different risk. Its report focused on cutscenes revealing story beats, sparking spoiler concern this close to release. It also confirmed the video depicts playable characters Jason and Lucia naked.

Cyberleek used the leaked video to advertise a crypto coin. The account had cashed out on a memecoin, a novelty cryptocurrency, and seemingly disappeared earlier this year before returning with the new video.

The leak extends a run that began Aug. 18, when a person or group using the Cyberleek name started posting GTA 6 gameplay clips online. Kotaku tracked that cadence through August. On Aug. 25, Cyberleek posted a clip showing Jason entering a game store selling physical discs. Other clips from that period show Jason driving around at night, fighting security officers, and using a taser, and exploring what appears to be a nudist club or colony at night.

Those earlier videos exposed systems detail, the rules and features that shape play. Leaked footage catalogued a six-star wanted level, the police pursuit scale, fueling up cars, nudity, fishing, and a stamina meter, an energy gauge. Separate supercar footage showed Jason driving a high-end sports car. In September, fans connected the in-game nudist resort to a real-world location. IGN reported that a real-life nudist resort was plagued by reviews after fans drew comparisons to the leaks, and that fans believe the resort inspired the game location.

Rockstar Games called the GTA VI leaks "heartbreaking." Take-Two has requested multiple subpoenas, court orders to identify people, to find the alleged infringers leaking GTA VI footage.

Grand Theft Auto VI is available for preorder and set to launch on November 19th. Rockstar initially announced a May 26, 2026 release date in May 2025, then revised the date to Nov. 19, 2026 in November 2025. Rockstar has also listed Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album as coming Nov. 19, and published Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, Now Playing on Aug. 27, 2026.

The broader context here is leak management at the end of a long development cycle. A 25-minute capture with scripted mission structure, first-person driving, and apparent spawn commands, developer tools to create items, looks less like a vertical slice, a short polished demo, and more like debug-enabled play from a late build. That makes the spoiler problem sharper than the nudity. Nudity mechanics can be described in a sentence. Story cutscenes cannot be unseen.

In my view, the distribution method is as notable as the content. Crypto promotion layered on stolen gameplay, after a memecoin cash-out and disappearance, points to leaks as a monetization channel rather than whistleblowing or fan enthusiasm. For teams shipping large open-world titles, the lesson is operational. Build control, watermarking, hidden identifiers to trace copies, and rapid takedown coordination matter as much in the final weeks as server load and day-one patching. The game itself is nearly here. What leaks now does not change what Rockstar built, only what players already know before they can play it themselves.
