ADÉLA Sells Out Two Nights at LA's Fonda Theatre on Red Bottoms Tour

ADÉLA brought her Red Bottoms Tour to the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday, Oct. 8, for the first of two sold-out nights. She played a 16-song set and returned to the same stage on Friday, Oct. 9, according to Billboard.
The Los Angeles dates were presented by Goldenvoice. Support on both nights came from Zoe Gitter, with listings showing doors at 8:00 PM and a 9:00 PM start, per the Fonda Theatre. The Oct. 9 show was listed as All Ages.
The run lands in the city ADÉLA moved to a couple of years ago. She relocated from Slovakia to Los Angeles to take part in Dream Academy. Since then her debut album PRIMA has debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, the US albums chart.
Two singles from the project have reached the Billboard Hot 100, the US singles chart. 'Nicole Kidman' climbed to No. 11. 'Ain't in LA' peaked at No. 27.
Los Angeles got a slightly different setlist. ADÉLA performed 'Homewrecked' instead of 'Kiss Here', the unreleased song she has played elsewhere on the tour. Short set. Same energy.
Before 'Ain't in LA', she paused to address the room. She told the crowd the next song was "a little bit awkward" and asked them "please don't boo".
There were familiar faces in the balcony. Megan Skiendiel and Lara Raj of KATSEYE watched alongside Emily Kelavos of Saint Satine. Billboard later published photos from the Oct. 8 show.
For fans following the tour, this stop was the home-city check-in. A new album in the charts. Two nights sold out at the Fonda. And a setlist with room for a swap.
