Nick Cannon @ Night is moving to television. BET will air the show exclusively in a weekly slot, Variety reported after learning the plans. The order covers 10 episodes.

The first one arrives on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 10 p.m. Cannon himself will host every episode. Each new episode will follow a week later in the same slot.

That fixed time matters. Viewers will know exactly where to find it each week. Ten weekly episodes means ten weeks of new shows in that hour.

An exclusive airing means BET is the television home for this version. The episodes will play out week by week rather than drop all at once. The season is organised around that steady rhythm.

His company, Ncredible Entertainment, produces the BET version for the channel. Cannon and Benjamin Sumpter serve as executive producers, meaning they lead the creative decisions and manage the production. The credit puts Cannon on both sides of the camera.

The programme is billed as a modern late-night conversation series. It centres on love, dating, relationships, health and modern intimacy. The focus is talk, not games or sketches.

Guests share personal stories. Specialists add practical advice.

It began life outside television. Last year it launched on 23 July as a video podcast partnership with Wondery, meaning each episode could be watched as well as heard. That first run produced 31 episodes for YouTube and Wondery+. The move to BET takes it from on-demand feeds to a scheduled channel.

The BET line-up mixes entertainers with specialists. Guests announced so far include Chris ‘CP’ Powell, Natalie Nunn, Skeet Carter, Dondré Whitfield, Tommy Davidson, Flame Monroe and Courtney Bee. That is seven names across the ten episodes.

Experts booked for the series include Dr Umar Johnson, Dr Alicia Watkins, Elliot Connie and Dr Zoe Indigo. Their presence points to longer discussions about relationships and well-being. It also keeps the tone closer to conversation than comedy.

For viewers, this means a change of habit. There is no playlist to hunt through. Turn on BET at ten on a Tuesday night and the show will be there. It is a simple promise: one night, one hour, one new conversation.
