Fox will bring back Next Level Baker for a second season on Thursday, November 19 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

The network confirmed the renewal on Wednesday, Oct. 14, according to People. The slot puts the baking series in prime time on the broadcast network, meaning it airs on Fox itself in the evening hours reserved for its main shows.

Gordon Ramsay, Carla Hall and Waylynn Lucas will mentor the new cast. A mentor here means a hands-on guide, working with bakers through challenges rather than simply judging the end result.

Nine bakers. Three mentors. One prize. That is the shape of the new season.

The Season 2 line-up is organised across nine states and cities. It includes Ben Neumann from White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Courtney Carey from North Tonawanda, New York, and Marlina Corbin from Clarksville, Tennessee, as listed by Deadline. It also includes Pharren Evans from South Los Angeles, California, Colby Troy from Louisville, Kentucky, and Trung Pham from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The rest of the cast is Salma Garcia from Providence, Rhode Island, Greg Mason from Wilson, North Carolina, and Jimiah Albritton from Palmetto, Florida. The group stretches from the East Coast to the West Coast, with home towns in New England, the South, the Midwest and California.

The winner will receive $50,000 and a HexClad prize package. The cash award goes to a single baker at the end of the season.

The new season opens with a holiday performance by Pentatonix. The vocal group will appear at the start of the run, giving the premiere a seasonal launch.

Episodes will air on Fox and then stream the following day on Hulu, according to Yahoo. That next-day window is now standard for network shows, letting streaming viewers catch up the morning after broadcast. The premiere time of 9 p.m. ET/PT covers the Eastern and Pacific time zones used for national television scheduling in the United States.

The series is produced by Studio Ramsay on behalf of Studio Ramsay Global and BiggerStage. Gordon Ramsay and Matt Cahoon serve as executive producers, the senior roles that oversee the creative direction and production of the series.

For fans, this means a firm date and a clear way to watch. Tune in live on Fox on Thursday nights, or pick up each episode on Hulu the next day.
