Harry and Meghan make first joint visit in Nottingham since UK return

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived in Nottingham on Thursday for their first joint engagement since returning to live in the United Kingdom.
Prince Harry and Meghan started the visit at the Community Recording Studio, a charity based in the city. Crowds cheered as the couple arrived for the appearance, according to BBC.
Two more locations in Nottingham were expected during the same visit. The recording studio was the first stop on a day with three places on the itinerary.
The couple returned to live in the United Kingdom in August, according to News24. The Nottingham outing had been described ahead of time as their first engagement carried out together since that return.
Nottingham carries history for the pair. It is the city where Harry and Meghan made their first joint appearance after announcing their engagement in 2017.
That earlier appearance saw Meghan Markle join her fiancé Prince Harry for their first joint official public engagement in Nottingham, according to BBC.
Thursday's return placed the couple back in the city where that first joint appearance took place, with a charity visit opening a day expected to include two further stops in Nottingham.
