Believe puts three regions under music chief Romain Vivien

Believe has put its three world regions directly under Global Head of Music Romain Vivien.
The company confirmed the structure on Monday, October 19. EMEA, the Americas and APAC will now report to Vivien, who continues to oversee global recorded music activities and drive strategic partnerships, according to Music Business Worldwide.
The chain of command is short. Three regional presidents report to Vivien.
Adriana Sein is President, Americas. She leads the business across the US, Canada and Latin America. The post is a newly created role.
Sein joined from Warner Music Group's services arm ADA, where she was most recently senior vice president and Global Head of Artist and Market Development. That unit works with independent labels and artists on distribution and marketing, the work that gets releases into shops and streaming services.
Viktoria Siniavskaia is President, EMEA. She has worked at Believe for 15 years. Sylvain Delange continues as President, APAC.
For Vivien, it is an expansion of a job he has held since 2024. He was then named Global Head of Music and President for Europe in a newly created post, as Believe redesigned its global music strategy, according to an earlier company announcement.
He had served as chief executive of Believe France since 2008. Believe said his expanded responsibilities will support its 2030 ambition in an official press release titled 'Romain Vivien expands responsibilities as Global Head of Music to drive Believe's 2030 ambition', published on October 19.
Believe describes itself as a global artist development company, a business that releases, distributes and promotes recordings on behalf of artists and labels. It says it is present in more than 50 countries.
What makes this stand out is the tidying of the map. Artists, managers and label partners in three regions now route to one music chief, rather than to separate country or regional heads.
