Former paramedic Alberto Bragado built Prime Culture around Bibi, PAWSA and ANOTR

Alberto Bragado, founder of Prime Culture, guides the careers of Michael Bibi, PAWSA and Dutch duo ANOTR. The management company now employs nine managers overseeing 33 artists, according to Billboard in a profile published on 19 October 2026. It is a compact team for a roster of that size.
The wider roster includes Carlita, Ben Sterling and Beltran. Bragado started working with Bibi and PAWSA in 2014. Those two relationships remain at the centre of the business more than a decade later.
Bragado was born in Madrid and worked as a paramedic before moving into music. Management, in this context, means handling deals, schedules and long-term planning for artists. He built his current operation without coming through a major label structure.
The live numbers explain much of the focus. Bibi drew 45,000 attendees at a 2024 headlining show in London's Finsbury Park. PAWSA drew a crowd of 25,000 at a 2025 show at London's Gunnersbury Park. Both were large outdoor headline dates in London parks, the type of show that needs extensive production, crew and advance planning.
On record, ANOTR have also delivered a sustained chart run. Their single "Talk to You" featuring 54 Ultra debuted at No. 5 on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. It then spent 29 weeks on the chart counted by Billboard. The chart measures the performance of dance and electronic songs in the United States.
Prime Culture keeps several functions inside the same organisation. It runs in-house event production and A&R departments, with A&R the side of the business that finds new talent and helps shape releases. Bragado and Prime Culture manager Michael Discenza also created Select Culture. It works as a booking agency, the business that arranges live dates, with a focus on rising clients from the management roster.
The company does not ask artists to sign management contracts. Acts can leave at any time.
What makes this stand out is how the pieces connect. The same group oversees day-to-day management, produces events and books early shows for developing acts. For fans, this means the team guiding Bibi, PAWSA and ANOTR is closely tied to the concerts they see and the new names appearing further down the bill.
