Woman tells Russell Brand trial he raped her and told her to clean up

A woman has told jurors at Southwark Crown Court in London that British actor and comedian Russell Brand anally raped her at his home and then told her to clean up.
Her account was played to the court in a video-recorded police interview. Brand, 51, sat upright in the dock as it was shown, according to court reporting. He denies all the charges against him and has pleaded not guilty. The Guardian
Brand faces three charges of rape, three charges of sexual assault and one charge of indecent assault against six women, with the allegations spanning 10 years from 1999 to 2009. Prosecutors have described him as a ruthless, calculated and manipulative sexual predator. The six complainants have never met each other, prosecutors said. BBC
The woman whose interview was played said she was a "massive fan" of Brand and met him after his 2009 stand-up performance at the Hammersmith Apollo. She said he pointed at her, said "you", and invited her, her friend and a third young woman they did not know for drinks.
She said that days later Brand's driver took her to his three-storey townhouse in Hampstead, north-west London. She said that after consensual vaginal sex, Brand anally raped her without warning or asking.
She said she felt she "couldn't speak or breathe" from pain and begged him to stop, first quietly and then more loudly, but he continued. She said he looked "horrified" afterward but did not apologise and instead said, "You need to clear up the mess you've made."
The woman said in the interview that she did as she was told, and recalled using wipes to clean up. She said one of Brand's aides later asked her to leave because he had a gig. Brand's wife shook her head in court while listening to the account, according to press reports. Reuters
She is the fourth accuser to give evidence in the trial, which began with Brand appearing in a London court last week. The trial is continuing.
