Hunter Biden Signs With Hollywood Talent Agency CAA

Hunter Biden has signed with CAA, one of the largest talent agencies in Hollywood, Variety reported on 23 October 2026. A talent agency finds work for its clients and negotiates the deals that come with it. Hunter Biden is the son of former President Joe Biden.
His father already has a relationship with the agency. CAA signed Joe Biden about two weeks after he left office in early 2025. The agency agreed to represent him in all areas, including publishing and speaking engagements, according to the Los Angeles Times. CAA had also represented Joe Biden between 2017 and 2020.
Hunter Biden has written about his own life before. His 2021 memoir, Beautiful Things, described his path to sobriety. Writing is one part of his public work. In 2026 he also launched a Substack newsletter column called Where's Hunter, and a meme coin called $LAPTOP.
He is also a visual artist. He works mainly in abstract, mixed-media pieces, which combine materials such as paint, paper and found objects. His work explores memory, transformation and the natural world. He makes most of it in his studio in Los Angeles.
A talent agency signing can cover many kinds of work, from books and art to television and public appearances. What comes next will show which areas the agency takes on for him.
