Sam Fender has promised that ticket prices for his 2027 stadium tour will change after fans criticised them. In a post on Instagram, he wrote: "They're getting changed." The Guardian reported the comment on 24 October 2026. The post did not set out what the changes would be.

The singer announced the tour earlier this week. His official website calls it the Proper Massive Stadium Tour 2027. It is scheduled for the summer of 2027 at five stadiums: St James's Park in Newcastle, the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Marley Park in Dublin, Murrayfield in Edinburgh and the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.

Fender said he was "not happy with these prices." Listed prices for his Wembley-area dates ranged from £64.75 to £130.75 for seats. Standing tickets there were listed at £130.75 for "front standing" and £98.85 for "standing". The highest listed prices elsewhere were £112.90 in Newcastle, £119 in Cardiff, £120.95 in Edinburgh and £119.60 in Manchester. According to NME, front standing tickets were priced at around £120 to £130 at every venue.

Fender also criticised the practice of splitting standing tickets into front and back sections, calling it "bollocks." He said it "won't be happening" on this tour.

Tickets were due to go on general sale on Friday, with a presale starting on Wednesday morning. Earlier in the same week, Fender confirmed that he is working on a fourth album. Its title and cover have not yet been released.
