Book Alleges Secret Fund for Jared Kushner Backed by UAE and Saudi Money

A new book by investigative journalist Matthew Cole alleges that Jared Kushner had a secret fund backed by billions of dollars from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia. The book alleges that $2 billion was paid into at least two bank accounts to which Kushner had access, according to Times of Israel.
The book is Princes and Thieves, published by Simon & Schuster. Its full title is Princes and Thieves: Jared Kushner and Mohamed bin Zayed's Secret Plot to Remake the Middle East. Mohamed bin Zayed, the UAE's leader in the publisher's description, is referred to as MBZ. The publisher calls the work a groundbreaking exposé, a detailed investigation meant to bring hidden facts to light. The hardcover edition is listed at $30.00.
The New York Times published a review of the book on 27 October. The review describes it as a startling and important book that alleges previously unreported activities by Kushner. It says the book's most explosive claims concern a 2017 operation carried out by a Dutch actor.
Kushner has pushed back on claims in the book involving a phone and spies, according to a Yahoo News report. Vanity Fair has reported that Kushner's hacked phone revealed his secret negotiations in connection with the book.
