Mary Bennet takes centre stage in Christmas at Pemberley at Park Theatre

Park Theatre has named the full cast and creative team for Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley, the UK premiere of a play built on characters from Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. The production opens in the theatre's Park200 space on 2 December 2026 and runs until 10 January 2027, according to WhatsOnStage.
The story picks up after the novel's famous ending and sees the events through Mary Bennet's eyes. Mary, the middle Bennet sister, is played by Chloe Wade. Nadi Kemp-Sayfi takes the role of Elizabeth Darcy, and Jack Michael Stacey plays Fitzwilliam Darcy.
The rest of the cast includes Cash Holland as Jane Bingley, George Rowlands as Charles Bingley, Kara Lynch as Lydia Wickham, Keaton Guimarães-Tolley as Arthur de Bourgh and Yasmine Meaden as Anne de Bourgh.
The play is written by Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon and directed by Sarah Meadows. It is co-produced by Park Theatre and Adam Blanshay Productions, a company that brings work to the stage on its own account, meaning the two organisations share the work of getting the show open. Park Theatre also lists the production among its own in-house drama productions.
Jodie Underwood is the lighting designer, and Matt Huxley is responsible for sound. Christina Fulcher is movement director, shaping how the actors move on stage. Sarah-Jane Price is the casting director, who chose the actors for the parts.
Tickets went on sale on 27 August 2026, according to Official London Theatre. The press performance, the show that critics and journalists attend, is on 8 December. Public performances begin on 2 December, giving the company a few days of previews before the press night.
For theatregoers planning a festive trip, the run covers the Christmas and New Year weeks. The show's schedule runs to 10 January, so anyone booking for the final stretch has a little under four weeks from the opening night to go.
