Neon Coast Names Nikki Boon Chief Creative Officer

Neon Coast has named Nikki Boon as its chief creative officer, Billboard reported on 29 October 2026. The Nashville-based music and entertainment company says the role puts her in charge of creative oversight and direction, along with international strategy, across its full roster of artists.
Boon has been with Neon Coast for a decade. She has served as an artist manager at the company, and her background covers artist development, touring and artist management, according to the company's team page. She is originally from Michigan. The company describes itself as a progressive music and entertainment business.
The label's roster includes Kane Brown, Nightly, Randall King, Restless Road and Julia Cole. Boon has worked with Brown and Nightly directly. Billboard says Brown has earned 12 No. 1 songs on its Country Airplay chart, which ranks the songs most played by US country radio stations.
Brown has also earned Diamond certification from the Recording Industry Association of America, the top level of the US industry's award system, for two songs: "Heaven" and "What Ifs." Certifications like this count sales and streams, so they show how many copies and plays a song has reached.
Nightly is heading abroad next. The band will tour Asia and Australia in January 2027, with stops in China, Japan, Singapore, Sydney and Brisbane, according to Billboard.
Boon's new job follows a recognition of her own. Billboard named her one of five Executives on the Rise in its 2026 Country Power Players issue, a list of people in the country music business it highlights each year.
Martha Earls founded Neon Coast and owns the company. Earls remains the company's head, and Boon's promotion adds a senior creative role beneath that leadership.
For artists and managers, a chief creative officer usually sets the direction for how an act is presented, from recordings and videos to campaigns and overseas plans. For Boon, that means guiding a roster that spans country and other styles, at a company she has been part of for ten years.
