Seven senior executives are leaving the combined company, and JB Perrette has announced their departures. Perrette, whose full name is Jean-Briac Perrette, is co-chair and chief business officer of Skydance TV and Skydance Direct-to-Consumer, the part of the business that sells streaming services straight to viewers. Variety reported the changes on 29 October 2026.

The executives leaving are Dan Barnes, Michael Bishara, Jamie Cooke, Domenic DiMeglio, Marco Nobili, Pank Patel and Juan Sola. Barnes was head of global advertising revenue for HBO Max. Bishara was executive vice president and general manager of global streaming and digital studios at Warner Bros. Discovery, and Cooke ran the Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Turkey and Africa region for the same company. Sola led streaming in Latin America.

The Paramount side is also represented. DiMeglio was executive vice president, chief marketing and chief data officer at Paramount Streaming. Nobili was executive vice president and international general manager of Paramount+, and Patel headed Paramount International Networks.

Alongside the exits, Perrette has set out a new executive structure. Jay Askanasi will lead advertising, Ray Hopkins distribution and David Decker content sales, and all three report to him. A wider global team includes Jeff Cusson, who is executive vice president and head of communications for Skydance DTC, and Liz Wright, chief financial officer for the Skydance TV segment.

Regional leadership has also changed hands. Andrew Georgiou is interim president and managing director for Europe and Africa. "Interim" means he holds the role for now, rather than permanently. James Gibbons takes charge of Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and North Africa, Kasia Kieli leads Poland, and Fernando Medin covers Latin America and U.S. Hispanic audiences. A managing director runs the day-to-day business of a country or region.

These moves follow a wider reshuffle at the top. On 5 October 2026, David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz announced their CEO leadership team for Skydance, after a deal involving Warner Bros. was expected to close. Perrette's team sits beneath that leadership group.

For the people who make and sell the shows, the reach of this kind of change is wide. Advertising, distribution and content sales decide who buys what, where it runs and how it is promoted. Regional heads decide how those choices land in countries from Poland to Brazil. The next moves will show how the new lines of responsibility work in practice.
