Fitness Influencer Liam Fitzgerald Dies at 29 After Motorcycle Crash

Liam Fitzgerald, a fitness influencer and content creator, has died at age 29 after a motorcycle crash. His girlfriend and partner, Jamie Lyn Rinaldi, announced the death on Instagram on October 31.
According to US Magazine, the crash happened on October 30 at about 2 a.m. Fitzgerald suffered severe injuries. Rescue efforts could not revive him.
A fitness influencer is someone who builds an audience online by sharing workouts, diet habits and training tips, often through social media posts and video. Fitzgerald had more than 1 million followers on Instagram, where he shared that kind of content. He also offered fitness and social media coaching, helping other people train and grow their own online presence.
He also created content for OnlyFans, a subscription website where creators post photos and videos for fans who pay a monthly fee. Many people on the platform work in fitness, fashion and lifestyle, and the site is best known for adult material.
US Magazine and other outlets have reported his death in the days since the crash. Rinaldi's post was the announcement that brought the news to his followers. Many of those followers have spent years watching his training routines and answers to their questions.
Motorcycle crashes are among the most serious road injuries. Riders have little protection compared with people in cars, and a crash at night can be hard to see. No further information has been announced.
Fitzgerald leaves behind a partner and a large online community that knew him through his posts and coaching. Our thoughts are with his family, his friends and everyone who followed his work.
