teamLab Plans Its First Permanent US Museum in Anaheim, Due in 2030

The art group teamLab is opening its first permanent museum in the United States, and it will be in Anaheim, California. The museum is scheduled to open in 2030, according to teamLab's Anaheim page.
The venue has the tentative name teamLab Museum Anaheim. It will sit inside OCVIBE, a 100-acre arts, sports and entertainment district in Anaheim, Hypebeast reported on 2 November 2026.
The space itself is large. The Los Angeles Times reported on 29 October 2026 that the museum will occupy 110,000 square feet, or about 10,200 square metres, at OCVIBE.
The money side of the project is also now public. The Samueli family struck a deal worth more than US$100 million with teamLab to open the Anaheim museum, Bloomberg reported on 29 October 2026.
For visitors in Southern California, the news means a new home for teamLab's large, immersive works, with the first doors not expected until 2030. Until then, the project will be built out at OCVIBE, a district that is itself still taking shape.
Anyone planning a trip should check teamLab's official site for updates, since the museum's name is still tentative and the opening schedule could change.
