Hitsujibungaku, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Otoboke Beaver will perform at matsuri '26: Japanese Music Experience LONDON, Billboard reported. The show takes place on 14 December 2026 at Outernet Live in London.

Matsuri is a showcase of Japanese music, and the Japanese word means festival. Its first edition was held in Los Angeles in March 2025. The London event is the second edition overall and the first in Europe. A Bangkok edition is planned for February 2027.

The evening runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. It is presented by CEIPA and TOYOTA GROUP's MUSIC WAY PROJECT.

Tickets go on sale in two stages through Live Nation, the ticketing and promotion company. A presale, an early window that gives some buyers access before everyone else, opens on 5 November at 10 a.m. The general on-sale starts on 6 November at 10 a.m.

The lineup spans very different sounds. Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is a J-pop artist who has also worked with Charli xcx. Hitsujibungaku is an alt-rock band. Otoboke Beaver rounds out the bill. The Line of Best Fit describes the London show as the city's first matsuri showcase.

Industry guests have a second event on the same day. A tsudoi, a Japanese word for gathering, is a networking mixer for people who work in the music business. This one is co-hosted with JETRO, the Japan External Trade Organization, a government-backed body that promotes trade with Japan.

For fans, the practical step is simple: the presale window comes first, so buyers who want to be sure of a place should plan for the morning of 5 November.
