Dafne Keen Says She Was Offered Cocaine at Wrap Parties as a Child

Dafne Keen says she was offered cocaine at wrap parties when she was 11, 12 and 13 years old. The actress, now 21, made the remarks on the podcast Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum, and Variety and Entertainment Weekly reported them on 4 November 2026.
Keen became widely known for playing Laura, also called X-23, opposite Hugh Jackman in Logan, which opened in 2017. She shot the film at 11, and it reached cinemas a couple of months after her 12th birthday. Asked about the wrap-party offers, she said, "I don't really have any interest in that."
On the podcast, she also told host Michael Rosenbaum that she has never been drunk enough to have a hangover. She said she avoids drugs and alcohol as an adult, and that she will stay out until 6 a.m. sober.
Keen also spoke warmly about Jackman. She said he looked after her on the Logan set. According to her account, he made sure no one abused her working hours, helped her enjoy her time on set, and kept her away from tensions behind the scenes. She called him a parental figure and "the best on-screen dad."
Her career has kept her in front of cameras since that first film. She played the lead in the HBO and BBC One adaptation of His Dark Materials, which ran for three seasons. She also had a role in the Star Wars series The Acolyte, and she returned as X-23 in Deadpool & Wolverine.
The full conversation is on YouTube under the title "DAFNE KEEN: Panic on Set, What HUGH JACKMAN Protected Her From & Her Biggest Fear," posted on 3 November 2026 on the show's channel. The episode title points to further topics, including panic on set.
Her remarks add a personal account to a long-running discussion about how young performers are looked after on film sets. Keen's account centres on her own experience, and the offers she describes came from the social side of production rather than from the film itself.
