Josh Holloway's Western Flint Heads to the AFM Market Through Capture

Capture has taken on the international sales rights to Flint, a Western starring Josh Holloway, and will introduce the film to overseas buyers at the American Film Market in Los Angeles, Deadline reports.
International sales rights are the right to sell a film to distributors and cinemas in countries outside its home market. Capture is an international sales joint venture between Signature Entertainment and Capstone Studios. Ella Field is its executive vice president.
The film is based on a novel by Louis L'Amour, the Western writer, and his son Beau L'Amour is one of its producers. The story follows a businessman who returns to the Montana frontier under the name of the gunfighter who raised him. He soon finds himself caught up in a range war. Holloway plays the lead, James Kettleman.
Ryan Whitaker wrote and directed the film, which was shot in Montana. Ken Carpenter of Tirian Films produces, with Mark Pentecost of The Pentecost Group as executive producer. Jerilyn Esquibel, Holloway, Beau L'Amour and Ari Novak are also credited as producers.
The ensemble includes Sarah Gadon, Max Martini, Dianna Agron, Mike Vogel, Charles Esten, Forrie J. Smith, Bailey Chase, Nick Searcy and Kristoffer Polaha. Holloway has also been attached to a Max series called Duster, according to an earlier Deadline report.
Flint premiered at the Nashville Film Festival in September 2026. Its next stop is the American Film Market, where sales teams pitch films to buyers. Those buyers decide which titles reach cinemas and streaming services in their own countries, often long before a film is released.
