One Nation is planning an invite-only fundraiser at an undisclosed central Sydney venue, and donors have been asked to abide by a non-disclosure agreement, The Guardian reported. A non-disclosure agreement, or NDA, is a contract that restricts what a person can reveal.

Donors were charged $3,000 to attend what the event is described as, a private four-hour function. The invitation lists Pauline Hanson as an attendee, along with James Ashby, Barnaby Joyce, Chris Taylor and Mike Newman. Joyce is a One Nation MP, according to ABC News. The evening is set to include a cocktail and canapé service and a live auction.

The NDA prevents donors from revealing who attended. It also bars them from disclosing what happens at the event, including conversations, activities, photographs, video and other details. Donors may not pass information, photographs, recordings or comments about the event to journalists, media organisations, bloggers or other publishers. The obligations continue after the event has finished.

Transparency experts have raised concerns about the plan to use an NDA for the event, the Guardian reported.

The fundraiser is taking place ahead of the NSW state election. One Nation also held a $2,000 invite-only fundraiser in Melbourne in September.

NSW Electoral Commission disclosures show One Nation has declared $5,000 in reportable donations so far in 2026-27. Those donations, which parties must publicly declare, came from three donations for a fundraising dinner with Barnaby Joyce. Over the same period, NSW Labor has raised $286,200 in total reportable donations and the NSW Liberals have raised $95,900, according to the same disclosures.
