Amazon Prime members in the United States can now get free delivery on Uber Eats orders of US$25 or more. Amazon and Uber announced the partnership on 5 November 2026, and Amazon's press release sets out the terms.

There is one catch that matters for anyone who usually orders through the Uber Eats app. Qualifying orders are placed on Amazon's website or in the Amazon Shopping app. Prime members can go to www.amazon.com/ubereats, or search "Uber Eats" in the Amazon Shopping app. They log in with their Amazon details and pay with Amazon payment methods.

The free-delivery benefit applies to Prime for Young Adults and Prime Access membership tiers as well as standard Prime, according to GameSpot. Both tiers are available in the US only, and the offer is limited to that market.

Uber Eats is also running a short-term discount. It is offering US$20 off each of the first two orders of US$25 or more, with orders eligible from 5 November to 18 November 2026. Those dates are the window to watch if a takeaway is already on the shopping list.

Amazon already has a delivery perk with another food service. It says Grubhub+ is free with Prime and includes unlimited US$0 delivery fees on eligible orders. The Uber Eats benefit adds a second option for Prime members who prefer that app's restaurant choices.

For most people, the practical point is simple. A Prime membership that already covers shopping and streaming now also covers delivery fees on Uber Eats, as long as the order goes through Amazon. The minimum spend is US$25 before the fee is waived, so a small order will not qualify.

Customers who want the full terms should read Amazon's release or the Uber Eats offer pages before placing an order, since eligibility rules can differ by tier and by account.
