Netflix has renewed the romantic comedy Nobody Wants This for a fourth season, Variety reported. A renewal is the streaming service's decision to order more episodes of a show that has already aired.

The timing is quick. Season 3 debuted on Netflix on Oct. 22, and the renewal arrived just over two weeks later. Season 3 has 10 episodes, according to Netflix's own announcement.

The show premiered in 2024 and stars Kristen Bell and Adam Brody. Netflix describes it as a story about an agnostic sex podcaster and a newly single rabbi who fall in love. The cast also includes Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons and Jackie Tohn.

Erin Foster created the series. She serves as co-showrunner, meaning she runs the writers' room and the day-to-day making of the show, alongside Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan. All three are executive producers. The show is made by 20th Television and filmed in Los Angeles.

Viewing figures have been climbing across the run. Variety reported that Season 3 drew 6.2 million views on Netflix in an earlier report from Oct. 27. Netflix counts a view as a set number of hours watched, so the numbers can be compared across titles. The renewal report puts the total for all three seasons at 78.5 million views to date.

Foster has already said she is not finished with the characters. In an interview published Nov. 1, she said she has "more story to tell" for the series.

For viewers, the news means the story continues. A fourth season gives the cast and crew another round of work, and it gives fans another set of episodes to watch. No premiere date has been announced yet.
