Yann Pissenem and Sam Mooney — the duo central to Ibiza mega-clubs Hï, Ushuaïa and [UNVRS] — have launched a creative agency called The Ideation Bureau, as reported by Billboard on 28 July 2026, citing a press release and statements from both founders.
Pissenem serves as founder and CEO of the new agency, while Mooney takes the role of founder and chief creative officer. The two are key members of the team responsible for some of Ibiza's most prominent nightlife venues — Hï and Ushuaïa, open-air and indoor club complexes on the island's Playa d'en Bossa strip, and [UNVRS], a newer addition whose 2024 launch drew wide attention.
The Ideation Bureau's service offering spans brand strategy, identity and design systems, creative direction, campaign development, and content production — a toolkit that positions the agency to shape how nightlife and entertainment brands present themselves to the public, not just how they book talent or run events.
The team has already proved the model on a live brief. The Ideation Bureau worked on the viral 2024 campaign for the launch of [UNVRS], the Ibiza club that opened with a marketing rollout loud enough to generate significant social media traction. That campaign included collaborations with fashion labels Off-White and Palm Angels, tying the club's identity to streetwear culture as part of its debut.
For context, Pissenem and Mooney's broader nightlife operation includes The Night League, which describes itself on its own website as "a pioneering nightlife and entertainment company" that creates "out-of-this-world experiences" (The Night League). The Night League also calls itself an award-winning creative agency.
What sets The Ideation Bureau apart from that existing operation is its formal framing as a standalone creative shop — one that can take on outside clients and build campaigns from the ground up, rather than serving as the in-house marketing arm of a specific venue portfolio. Billboard reported the launch as a formalisation of work the pair had already been doing behind the scenes.
No client roster beyond the [UNVRS] campaign has been announced. No financial terms, investment details, or staffing numbers were disclosed in the press release Billboard cited.
For nightlife operators and entertainment brands, the launch adds another player to the field of agencies that specialise in blending music, fashion and experiential marketing — a space where the line between running a venue and selling a lifestyle has been dissolving for years. Whether The Ideation Bureau takes on clients beyond its founders' own Ibiza ecosystem will be the thing to watch.
