House of the Dragon's seventh episode of its third season packs a poisoning, a dragon reunion, a hallucinated seduction, and a cache of dragon eggs into one hour at Harrenhal — the ruined castle that has become the show's most consequential staging ground.

Alicent Hightower, played by Olivia Cooke, arrives at Harrenhal carrying a mission from Rhaenyra: lure Aemond (Ewan Mitchell) out of hiding so Rhaenyra's men can kill him. The plan does not go smoothly. Alys Rivers (Gayle Rankin) tries to convince Aemond that his mother is not there to help him, and fails.
