Martin Scorsese and Susan Sarandon have stepped in to broker peace between their children. It did not go well.

Variety revealed on 4 August 2026 that the two Oscar winners star in the latest instalment of Jack Henry Robbins' social media sketch series "another day in the life of a nepo baby" — a running joke in which Robbins, the son of Sarandon and Tim Robbins, documents the absurdities of growing up with famous parents. This time, the conflict is with Francesca Scorsese, Martin's daughter, and the elder generation tries to squash the beef. They fail spectacularly Variety.

He posted the Francesca Scorsese sketch on his Instagram as part of the ongoing series, in which he describes meeting his "lifetime acquaintance" Francesca Instagram.

The cross-generational chaos has been brewing for a while. Back in January 2026, Sarandon accidentally mixed up DMs and public comments when trying to reach Scorsese on Francesca's Instagram — a mix-up Robbins was quick to highlight Hola.

Robbins has also embraced the nepo-baby label with a straight face. He announced on Instagram that his legal name is now "Jack Susan Sarandon Robbins" Instagram.
